Can you go anywhere?

Gleam Auto Works detailers can go anywhere within reason. We are Birmingham based and will drive anywhere within the Metro Detroit Area. Any drive further than 5 miles will result in a .30c/MI uncharge.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is assessment based to give customers the best price possible. A price range will be given during the contact stage and a final price will be confirmed during the detail stage. This price is subject to change if extra work is required to create a gleaming result.

How do I schedule?

Please follow the directions to contact us on our website. Scheduling is done over text/call to clarify and straighten out any issues or questions that arise during the booking process.

The Detail Breakdown page shows what options we offer for our interior, exterior, paint correction and ceramic coating services. The breakdown page is meant to be used prior to contacting us so you are able to option out your detail prior to contact. Any questions on what these options are will be answered during the contact stage.

What do I do before my detailer has arrived?

Please make sure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle. Verify that the vehicle has a charged battery prior to the arrival of your detailer. Make sure that you have a spot that a large, amazon sized van and your vehicle can fit comfortably.

How long does the process take?

Every detail is different and can take a different amount of time. But, an interior can take anywhere from 1-4 hours, and an exterior can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on options selected.

What do I message you during the contact stage?

In the contact message, your detail type (Interior, Exterior, Both, Paint Correction), your options that you would like or have questions on, your vehicle make and model, mileage, and any other questions you have.
