Can you go anywhere?

Gleam Auto Works detailers can go anywhere within reason. We are Birmingham based and will drive anywhere within the Metro Detroit Area. Any drive further than 5 miles will result in a $1/MI uncharge.

Do you need water/electricity?

Our vans are equipped with a water tank and generator, 99% of the time we will not require water or power from the customer, however we request that the customer has a working hose and waterspout in case of emergency.

What do I do before my detailer has arrived?

Please make sure that all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle. Verify that the vehicle has a charged battery prior to the arrival of your detailer. Make sure that you have a spot that a large, amazon sized van and your vehicle can fit comfortably.

How long does the process take?

Every detail is different and can take a different amount of time. But, an interior can take anywhere from 1-4 hours, and an exterior can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours depending on options selected.
